Ebbe Vollmer

Head Chef Ebbe Vollmer worked with Marco Pierre-White & Gordon Ramsey at the Harveys in London (arguably the two greatest contemporary chefs in Europe), before moving with Marco to the Oakroom where he was saucier. Ebbe renewed his association with Gordon Ramsey at Royal Hospital Road as Sous Chef.

When he's not in the kitchen Ebbe climbs mountains; Mont Blanc & Kilamanjaro being his greatest conquests. Ebbe aspires to the pinnacle of all he puts his mind to.

Iggy Vidal

Maitre d'hôte Iggy Vidal has been the proprietor of a Michelin star restaurant in Ludlow, UK and has also worked with Gordon Ramsey at Royal Hospital Road where he first made the acquaintance with Ebbe Vollmer.

Iggy moved to Limhamn in 2004 and happily renewed his association with Ebbe at Bloom. With nearly 30 years of restaurant experience Iggy takes great pride in his restaurant and knows just how to make a guest feel at home.
